The national capital today witnessed a pleasant day with shallow fog in a few areas this morning.
While the maximum temperature was recorded at 26.2 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the minimum settled at 10.5 degrees, a notch above the normal, said a MeT department official.
Moderate to shallow fog were observed in certain areas of the city. Humidity in air oscillated between 55 and 95 per cent.

Meanwhile, the weatherman has predicted partly cloudy sky with shallow to moderate fog in the morning tomorrow.
"The sky is likely to be partly cloudy. Shallow to moderate fog would occur at a few places in the morning and forenoon," the official said, adding that the minimum and maximum is expected to hover at about 11 and 26 degrees, respectively.
The maximum temperature yesterday was recorded at 27.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum was at 10.1 degrees Celsius.
