Delhi Industries Minister Harun Yusuf, speaking at a business forum, said there was huge scope for investment to further improve urban infrastructure and enhance basic services in the city and city government was committed to ensure a favourable environment for the investors.
The business forum was organised as part of 'Days of Moscow in Delhi'
