Delhiites feel little nip in the air

There was a slight nip in the air in the national capital today following a breezy morning which brought the mercury down to 8.8 degrees Celsius.

Although the maximum temperature was recorded five notches above the normal at 28.9 degrees Celsius, MeT department said.

The department predicted that the maximum is expected to hover around 28 degrees tomorrow with mainly clear sky.

"The skies will be mainly clear with mist and shallow fog in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 28 degrees and 9 degrees Celsius, respectively," a MeT official said.

The humidity in air oscillated between 90 and 29 per cent today.
