Delhiites wake up to light rainfall

Light rainfall was recorded in parts of the national capital early this morning with the minimum temperature settling at 26.4 degrees Celsius.

The observatories at Safdarjung, Palam and Ayanagar posted 0.2 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm of rainfall respectively till 8:30 AM, according to the Met Department.

The weatherman has predicted thunderstorm with rain later in the day and maximum temperature is likely to settle at 32 degrees Celsius.

The MeT office has forecast a generally cloudy sky with light rain or drizzle for tomorrow.

The maximum and minimum temperatures for tomorrow are likley to be 33 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius respectively.
 

The maximum temperature recorded yesterday was 31.5 degrees Celsius while the minimum had settled at 26.4 degrees Celsius.
