Dell and Shiv NadarUniversity have signed a Memorandumof Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on research and innovation.
Under the pact, Dell and the university have jointly set up twolaboratories to integratetheoretical concepts with practical experience, it jointstatement said.
Dell will engage withfaculty members at the university to mentor students and jointly work on technology projects in areas such as big data,cloud computing and Internet of things.
The company will also introducestudents to next-gen technologies and helpbuild a future-ready talent pool through continuous exchange of knowledge and information, it added.
Industry-academia partnerships are instrumental in encouragingstudents to push the frontiers of technology and research, Dell said.
The company further said it has been recruiting students from Shiv Nadar University and looks to help them build theirbusiness knowledge.
