The 20-year-old is on crutches and her right leg is in a cast following the accident, reported Access Hollywood.
"Never, ever, ever, EVER let your roommate clean your hardwood floors with Pledge. This Sucks," Lovato tweeted, along with a photo of her casted leg/foot and her crutches.
Lovato, despite having a huge mansion in LA, reportedly stays in the sober living facility on and off ever since being discharged from rehab in January 2011.
Despite her frustration over the injury, the former Disney star later Tweeted photographs of leading ladies to maintain their glam when sidelined by injury.
