The former Bond girl took in Sheen and Mueller's kids, Max and Bob, three, when their mother entered a treatment facility to deal with a prescription pill problem earlier this month, reported Aceshowbiz.
It is believed the children will remain with Richards over the holidays as Sheen is filming his new show 'Anger Management'.
"This is not the first time I've had all five kids. Brooke knows, and Charlie, that anytime they need help with the boys, I'm there. They're our family, and they're Sam and Lola's brothers. I can't imagine growing up without my sister, so anytime (Brooke) needs help, I'm there for the boys.
"Sam and Lola are the best big sisters to the boys, and they love them. I know it doesn't seem normal, but it is our normal," she said.
Richards was married to Sheen for four years and the pair share two daughters, Sam, eight, and Lola, seven.
