Dense fog today continued to affect rail and road services here even as temperature dipped sharply at many places in Rajasthan.
Mount Abu on hills recorded the lowest temperature of 3.4 degree Celsius last night, a MeT report said.
Over 20 trains of North-West Region (NWR) have been running late up to 12:10 hours, two others were cancelled on Alwar-Khairtal section, and three more trains were rescheduled, an official spokesman said.

Sealdah-Ajmer train is running late by 12:10 hrs, followed by Tansukhia-Lalgarh by 8:20 hrs, Kanpur-Bhiwani and Howara-Jodhpur/Bikaner by 7:10 hrs each, the spokesman said.
Road transportation, especially roadways buses were plying late due to fog in neighbouring states of Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh, an RTDC official said.
With clear sky and icy cold winds the mercury plummeted by one to four degrees at many places in the state last night, the report said.
Meanwhile, Jaisalmer recorded a minimum temperature of 6.9 degrees followed by Sriganganagar 7.4, and Sikar 7.5 degree Celsius.
Jaipur was enveloped in thick fog till 11.30 AM and mercury plummeted to 7.8 degrees, about two degrees less than the previous night.
Elsewhere the minimum temperature was between 9 and 11 degree Celsius.
The temperature may dip in the next 24 hours in the state as inflow of northerly icy winds is gaining momentum, a forecast said.
