Pugdundee Safari Denwa Backwater Escape Wildlife Lodge near Satpura Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh's Hoshangabad district has won the first MP Tourism awards under categories Most Innovative Tourism Project, Best Eco-Friendly Hotel and Best Friend of MP Tourism on social media.
The awards were given by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan during event MP Travel Mart to adventurist and sports promoter behind the project, Aruneshwar Singhdeo yesterday in the state capital.
Minister of State for Tourism and Culture (Independent Charge) Surendra Patwa and chairman, State Tourism Development Corporation Tapan Bhowmik were specially present on the occasion.
Awards were presented to a total of 39 winners in 22 different categories besides Excellence certificates.
