Deutsche Asset Management India today launched a close-ended debt fund that aims to generate income by investing in debt and money market instruments.
DWS Fixed Maturity Plan-Series 45 will invest predominantly in NCDs/bonds and money market instruments, the mutual fund house said in a release here.
The NFO opens for subscription on January 30 and closes on February 3. The minimum investment for the fund is Rs 5,000 per application and the entry and exit load is nil.
"We believe that Fixed Maturity Plans are an ideal investment avenue for investors seeking to lock in the current yields. With the launch of DWS Fixed Maturity Plan-Series 45, we look forward to tap the appetite of investors for such products," Deutsche Asset Management India Managing Director and CEO Suresh Soni said.
