Lakhs of devotees today visited the famous Baidyanath Dham temple in Deogarh to offer prayers to Lord Shiva on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri.
Amidst adequate security, two lakh devotees have already offered obeisance in the temple, according to official sources here.
A procession of Lord Shiva will be taken out tonight, sources said adding that four lakh devotees have already reached the temple town.
Prayers were also held at the famous Pahari Mandir in Ranchi and other Shiv temples across Jharkhand.
