Dewan Housing Finance Corporation today said it will raise Rs 200 crore by issuing bonds on private placement basis.
The company proposes to issue 2000 secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 200 crore on private placement basis, it said in a BSE filing.
The issue will open on April 12 and closes on April 25. The NCDs will bear coupon rate of 9 per cent.
In a separate filing, Indiabulls Housing Finance said it will raise Rs 37 crore on private placement basis by issuing non-convertible redeemable debentures.
