Agro-chemical firm Dhanuka Agritech today reported 2 per cent decline in its net profit at Rs 21.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The company had clocked a net profit of Rs 22.46 crore in the same quarter of 2013-14 fiscal.
Total income of the firm during January-March quarter of 2014-15 fiscal rose to Rs 153.03 crore from Rs 152.80 crore in the same quarter of previous year.

"Consumption of crop protection chemicals is growing at a fast pace in India too, with increasing farm-incomes and awareness among farmers.
"The government is also taking steps to increase irrigated cultivable area and more crop per drop," Dhanuka Agritech Chairman R G Agarwal said in a statement.
The company has more than 200 registrations. It has 30 offices and 45 warehouses across India.
