Actress and former model Dia Mirza looked stunning in an Indian wear as she walked the ramp for designer duo Shyamal and Bhumika on the last day of Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2013 here today.
Shyamal and Bhumika presented their collection 'A Royal Procession' at the event. The ensemble was inspired by the splendour of Maharajahs along with 16th century couture, which had a blend of Mughal and Rajput aesthetics.
Dia Mirza, the show stopper, was covered in bridal ornaments, wearing a red zardosi covered lehenga, tiny velvet choli and shimmering dupatta. Lamps on the stage gradually lit up and created the Rajput and Mughal eras as the models emerged on to the ramp.
