Diana Rigg from 'GoT' to star in 'Victoria' season two

Actress Diana Rigg will join the season two of the period drama "Victoria".

The 78-year-old actress, who was recently seen playing shrewd matriarch of the Tyrell family on HBO's "Game of Thrones", has been cast on PBS Masterpiece drama series, reported Deadline.

Rigg will be a series-regular and will play the role of the Duchess of Bucchleuch, the young Queen's new Mistress of the Robes, known for being opinionated.

In the second spell of the show, Coleman and Hughes will reprise their roles as Queen Victoria and Prince Albert respectively as she faces the new challenge of motherhood.

Season one finale airs on March 5 and shooting for season two has begun.
