Different parts of West Bengal experienced cloudy conditions with one or two spells of rain as the Meteorological department forecast similar conditions in the next two days.
The coastal resort town of Digha experienced the highest rainfall of 49.1 mm since last morning, the Met department said.
Weather was generally cloudy but warm with one or two spells of rain in some areas of the state.

Digha was also the warmest place in the state at 35.5 degree Celsius, while Kolkata followed closely at 34.8 degree Celsius, it said.
