Dilli Veer salvaged some pride by registering their first victory of the tournament with a narrow 4-3 win over Bengaluru Yodhas in their final round robin match of the inaugural Pro Wrestling League here today.
Delhi team, which had lost all their earlier matches, signed off the tournament with a win.
Bengaluru Yodhas, on the other hand, had already booked a berth in the semifinals and this loss did not matter much.

With scores tied at 3-3 today after six bouts, it went down to the last tie of the day to decide the winners and Dilli Veer's Navruzov Ikhtiyor, World Championship silver medallist, got the better of Yodhas' Bajrang 10-1 to give his side the maiden win of the tournament.
After Bengaluru captain Narsingh Yadav gave a 3-2 lead to his team, Dilli Veer skipper Vinesh Phogat restored parity to take the match to the decider.
Earlier, Dilli Veer's Erdenebat Bekhbayar, World Championship bronze medallist, won the first bout 7-0 against Sandeep Tomar of Bengaluru Yodhas in men's 57kg.
Bekhbayar ended round one with a slender 1-0 lead over his Indian opponent as Sandeep showed some good defence. But in the second round, Bekhbayar simply subdued Sandeep to earn six points to comfortably win it for the Delhi team.
Women's 53kg contest between Liliya Horishna of Dilli Veer and Bengaluru Yodhas' Lalita Sherawat was a neck-and-neck battle that was ultimately bagged by the Delhi team 11-6.
The opening round was swinging from one end to another with Liliya gaining the first five points before Lalita rallied to earn six points. But by the end of round one, the Dilli Veer girl managed to bag one more point to lead 7-6 at the break.
However, in the second round, the 20-year-old from Ukraine dominated the proceedings to win the bout, having gained four points to give Dilli Veer a 2-0 lead.
Bengaluru Yodhas' Modzmanashvili Davit then helped his team open its account with a 10-0 win by technical superiority under one minute against Krishan of Dilli Veer in men's 125kg.
Krishan failed to come up with any defence against Davit,
2012 Olympic silver medallist, who completely overpowered the Indian grappler to finish the bout in just 56 seconds.
In Women's 58kg, Yuliya Ratkevich of Bengaluru Yodhas tied the scores 2-2 with a win over Yesilirmak Elif Jale, representing Dilli Veer in this competition.
Yesilirmak conceded the 1-0 first round lead to go down 1-3 to her Bangalore rival in the end.
Bengaluru Yodhas icon and captain Narsingh Yadav expectedly gave a 3-2 lead to his team with a comfortable 8-4 victory over Dilli Veer's Dinesh Kumar in Men's 74kg category.
Although Dinesh started off aggressively and bagged the first couple of points, Narsingh took a little time to get his rhythm. Once he earned the first two points, there was no looking back.
The World Championship bronze medallist Narsingh then dominated the second round to have it easy in the end.
It was up to Dilli Veer's captain Vinesh Phogat to keep the match alive and she did just that with a 10-0 win by technical superiority over
Alyssa Lampe of Bengaluru Yodhas in Women's 48kg division.
Vinesh took just 1 minute 46 seconds to finish off the bout and tie the scores 3-3.
Ikhtiyor then had the last laugh against Bajrang as he simply outplayed the Indian to wrap it up in style.
