Dinasaur adventure park in Ooty

Models of 23 dinasaurs, made of Chinese plastics, would be the major attraction at the Thunder Park, which will be open to the pubic from January 10, in this tourist town.

Of this 40 to 60 feet tall, 16 dinasaurs are moving ones, giving a live effect for the enjoyment of the children, Vincent Louis, Managaing Director of the park told reporters here today.

The park, built at a cost of Rs 12 crore at a one acre land near Boat House, taken on lease for five years from the Municipality, with Dinasaur park alone costing Rs five crore, has another attraction in Vintage Camera Gallery, Vincent said.
 

The gallery has 2,500 cameras, the largest and smallest, oldest and newer seene in the World, Vincent, who is also operating the famous Black Thunder, a water theme park in Mettupalayam in Coimbatore district, said.
