The Henderson Brooks Report on 1962 Indo-China war is a "top secret document" and disclosure of any information about it would not be in the national interest, the Rajya Sabha was informed today.
"This (the Henderson Brooks report) is a top secret document and has not been declassified so far. Release of this report, fully or partially or disclosure of any information to this report would not be in national interest," the government said in a written response to a question in the Rajya Sabha.
