Discovery to show 'Facebook' success story

"We have prepared a special show on the journey of 'Facebook' and its owner. The networking site is a hit among people so we are bringing a one-hour special," said Rajiv Bakshi, vice president, marketing, Discovery Network Asia-Pacific.

"Interest of the viewers is now shifting towards technology, life science, history and real stories of survival and of course they are also interested in global events so we are also moving with them," he said.

Bakshi informed that the channel will also present a special series of at least 13 shows on "extra ordinary women" in which inspiring stores of successful women will be showed. The show is beginning next month.

 

He was in the city to promote the new season of channel's one of the popular shows 'I should't be alive'.
