Direct-to-home operator Dish TV India today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 68.49 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 2.63 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, Dish TV said in a BSE filing.
Consolidated total income from operations of the company rose to Rs 771.48 crore for the quarter under consideration as against Rs 690.08 crore in the year-ago period.

Commenting on the results, Dish TV Managing Director Jawahar Goel said: "We witnessed steady growth in the third quarter and our key metrics strengthened further."
During the quarter, the company added 3,17,000 net subscribers, Dish TV said.
In a separate filing, Dish TV said that its board took on record the letter dated January 27, 2016 from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting regarding interim renewal of company's DTH license which required it to furnish a fresh performance bank guarantee of Rs 40 crore.
The letter also required the company to furnish an undertaking to honour the obligations arising from change, if any, in policy governing the DTH License.
"The board approved the furnishing of the said bank guarantee and the undertaking and authorised the officials to complete all the formalities of the said letter," Dish TV said.
Dish TV shares today closed 13.13 per cent down at Rs 77.10 apiece on the BSE.
