BJP leader Vijender Gupta today demanded the dismissal of AAP MLA Jitender Singh Tomar, an accused in a fake law degree case, from the Delhi Assembly.
Gupta, the Leader of Opposition in the House, said the AAP is "losing credibility" due to its defence of "corrupt MLAs".
"The charge sheet filed by Delhi Police in Court in the case involving Tomar has exposed hollowness of the truth of Aam Admi Party to give Delhi a corruption-free Government," he claimed.
Tri Nagar legislator Tomar was arrested and later released on bail in 2015 in the law degree issue and had to resign from the Arvind Kejriwal ministry.
