A 23-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from ceiling fan in Churu district of Rajasthan, police said today.
Anju was reportedly suffering through depression since her marriage to one Sampat Singh, police said. However, the exact reason behind the extreme step is still being investigated.
Last night, she hanged herself in her house in Dhundh village which falls under Hamirwas police station area.
Her body was handed over to her family members following its post-mortem today, police said.
