DMK to discuss arrest of former ministers

There were reports that efforts were being made to re-arrest Madurai District Secretary Thalapathi, after he was released yesterday, Karunanidhi told reporters here.

DMK General Body or Executive Council would soon be convened to discuss issues like this and take a decision,he said.

He was replying to a query on how the DMK was planning to tackle the state government arresting its former ministers and leaders.
