A lady doctor has been booked along with some revenue department officials on charges of cheating, fraud, forgery and criminal conspiracy, police said today.
Cases were registered against them after they were found allegedly involved in preparing fake certificates, they said.
The move followed a complaint against the doctor for allegedly using fake reserve backward area certificates to get appointment in Kishtwar, they said, adding, she was helped by the officials in procuring the certificate.
Between 2004 and 2006, the doctor was issued two such certificates which she had used to secure appointment as medical officer (ayurvedic).
