A team of 14 doctors of Ram Manohar Lohia Medical Institute, Lucknow would be send to Uttarakhand tomorrow, an official spokesman said.

On the chief minister's directives, a helpline has been set up in the office of the relief commissioner here for the benefit of the stranded people, the spokesman said.

Akhilesh appealed to the people to contribute in the relief funds and asked the media to help in locating people and providing relief to the needy.
