The Tamil Nadu government today said it was taking all steps to remove bottlenecks and make the state a preferred investment destination, including in the real estate sector.
Speaking at the two-day conference of Credai Statecon 2015 here, housing and urban development minister R Vaithilingam assured the sector that the government would consider their suggestions and genuine demands.
"The government is removing all bottlenecks in giving approval for many floors and parking spaces," he said.
Municipal Administration minister, S P Velumani, Mayor P Rajkumar and housing secretary, D P Yadav were among those who spoke.
