Actress Anna Kendrick says making "Trolls" was good for her mental health because she voiced such a positive character.

The 31-year-old actress voices perky Princess Poppy opposite Justin Timberlake as grumpy fellow troll Branch, and the brunette beauty admits she is far more like the singer's character than her own in everyday life, reported Female First.

"Justin's character is more indicative of my outlook on the world. That made it good for me to go do these recording sessions as a relentlessly positive 6in creature. It was probably good for my mental health," Kendrick said.
