Visitors to Parliament House have been advised not to interact with the media.

"Visitors are requested not to interact with media," says an advisory written in red on casual entry permits issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat.

Visitors are also not permitted to carry mobile phones, cameras, fire arms etc inside the building, it said.

The secretariat has not mentioned any reason for barring visitors from interacting with the media.

The winter session of Parliament, which began on November 26 and scheduled to conclude on December 23, has witnessed repeated disruptions by opposition parties led by Congress for the last several days over alleged "political vendetta" by the Modi government and other issues.
