"Downton Abbey" star Lesley Nicol thinks fans will be "very happy" with certain plot twists coming up in the show's final series.
The actress said that she thinks Julian Fellowes's period drama is bowing out at just the right time, reported Digital Spy.
"He's kept the standard up to the end. The storylines are still great and there's stuff that is going to make people very happy. It has to be better than it going on and people saying, 'Oh, it went (downhill) so maybe it is the right time'," Nicol said.

The cast have just two months left of filming, but Nicol said that it hasn't sunk in yet that things are coming to an end.
"Not yet, but it will. We're too busy doing it, but the time is coming," she said, adding that she recently read the script for the final episode.
