More than a dozen huts were gutted in fire caused by a LPG cylinder leakage at Dhumari village in Jaithera Kotwali here, police said.
The incident took place yesterday after the cylinder in one of the shanties caught fire and it spread to adjoining huts leading to loss of property, they said, adding no one was injured.
The fire brigade and police later reached the spot to douse the flames.
