An alleged drug peddler has been arrested and 2.5 kg ganja confiscated from his possession at Gagan Vihar area here, police said today.
Acting on a tip-off, Arjun, a resident of Gagan Vihar was arrested yesterday from his residence and 2.5 kg ganja recovered from him, Hari Dayal Singh Yadav, SHO, Sahibabad said.
The accused has been sent to jail under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, he added.
