An alleged drug peddler has been held here with 4.7kg ganja seized from his possession, police said today.
Anil Kumar, hailing from Bihar, allegedly belonged to an interstate gang of drug suppliers, police said, adding that he had devised a unique tactic of using train toilets to transport narcotics from his native state to Delhi.
During questioning, Kumar told police that after arriving in Delhi three months back, he had arranged 15-16 such deals.

Revealing his modus operandi, Kumar said that a supplier in Bihar would conceal the contraband in a cavity in the train toilet and would inform him about the same.
"On the basis of the information as to the train and coach number, Kumar would reach the railway station to collect the package.
"Once the train was empty of all passengers, he would get out the consignment from the cavity, which is generally covered with plywood," said Deputy Commissioner of Police (West), Ranvir Singh.
The package in question was received by him in the morning yesterday.
The accused was later in the day nabbed from the Maya Puri area when a PCR noticed him moving around in a suspicious manner with the bag.
Upon being confronted by police, he failed to give a satisfactory reply and a search of his bag then revealed the contraband.
He confessed that he was on his way to deliver the package to a prospective buyer, said police.
