Raju Meena, who was drunk, jumped into the river in Godhwari Dham area late last night, they said.
His younger brother and cousin tried to rescue him, but failed, after which they reported the matter to the police, they said.
Rescue operation is on but the body has not yet been recovered, they said.
Meanwhile, another youth, Ravi (22), is suspected to have drowned in the river after his bike and shoes were found on the Chambal bridge on Thursday evening, they said.
Ravi's family members lodged a missing person complaint, they said, adding, his body has also not been recovered yet.
