Uttar Pradesh today witnessed dry weather with fog continuing to disrupt normal life in many regions in the state where Muzaffarnagar remained the coldest recording 6.8 degrees Celsius temperature.
Moderate to dense fog occurred at many places and very dense fog at isolated places, the MeT office here said.
Lucknow which experienced another foggy morning, witnessed slight sunshine during the afternoon brining respite for the people.

However, the night temperature rose and were above normal in many divisions of the state, the weather official said.
Muzaffarnagar, recording 6.8 degrees Celsius was the coldest place in the state, they said.
The MeT has forecast the weather to remain dry with moderate to dense fog at many places and very dense fog at isolated places tomorrow.
