Light to moderate rainfall occurred at isolated places in Rajasthan even as the weather remained mainly dry in other areas of the state with Kota being hottest place recording a high of 42.5 degrees Celsius.
According to the Met department, light to moderate rainfall occurred at isolated places in Jaipur, Bharatpur, Ajmer and Bikaner divisions.
Kota was followed by Churu with a maximum temperature of 42.3 degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile, dust storm accompanied with squall islikely to occur at isolated areas in the state tomorrow, a forecast said.
