The grouping of the participating teams was decided at the club secretaries meeting held on October 13.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Six League which will be played on a round-robin basis. The top two finishers will clash for the title and will be promoted to senior division next year.
The two bottom-placed teams of 'A' Division, besides non-participating team, will be relegated to 'B' Division after play-off matches.
The DSA has constituted a league sub-committee under the leadership of Sharafat-ul-ah as chairman.
Bhola Nath Karmakar has been appointed as convenor while Benny Joseph, Ashok Ghosh, Ashok Kumar have been elected as members of the committee.
