To facilitate the outstanding new plan to break the Guinness World Record for the 'Largest Firework Display', traffic management across the city is being co-ordinated by respective authorities.
Many of Dubai's relevant entities, such as the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Police and the Dubai Events Security Committee, have joined forces to stage World Record 2014 and to design an extravagant event, the like of which has never been seen before.
A number of traffic management measures will be implemented throughout The Palm Jumeirah to safeguard the safety of residents.
To ease the process for residents and allow them to move freely before the display commences, special passes will be provided to every home.
Due to the exceptional scale of the event, residents of the property are being requested to minimise the number of guest vehicles to five cars per villa. Each vehicle will be issued a Car Pass. Walking around The Palm Jumeirah will be restricted from 10:30pm onwards to ensure the safety of residents and visitors during the show.
