The duo have been identified as 23-year-old Imtiyaz Khan Sheikh, who hails from Toubal, and Imphal-resident Hitler (26).

They were apprehended from near the Munirka bus stand yesterday on a tip-off that one person carrying the Schedule 'H' drug in large quantity would arrive there for supplying it to Manipur without any valid license or purchase bill.

During interrogation, police claimed, the duo told them that they used to purchase Relipen tablets from various chemist shops in Delhi and NCR for supplying to Manipur.

Relipen is a sought-after drug among drug addicts.

Sheikh was previously involved in six cases of auto lifting in Delhi. Hitler is a graduate from a prestigious university in Sikkim. His father works as a farmer in Manipur.
