The duration of the One Time Settlement Scheme for loanees of Haryana State Cooperative Housing Federation has been extended upto June 30 by the state government.
Haryana State Cooperative Housing Federation introduced this scheme to waive off 75 per cent of penal interest of all those loanee members who had deposited loan amount in lumpsum and 25 per cent of the penal interest by December 31, 2012.
Haryana Cooperation Minister Satpal Sangwan today said those who intended to avail benefit of the scheme should deposit the balance of loan and interest as on November 30, 2011 with interest from that date to the date of payment with 25 per cent penal interest.
