Dussehra festival was celebrated with devotion and traditional gaiety across Telangana today.
People performed puja in their homes and visited temples to offer prayers to Goddess Durga on the occasion of 'Vijaya Dasami'.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his family members, including his son and state IT Minister K T Rama Rao, conducted prayers at his residence at Begumpet here, a release from the Chief Minister's office said.
The Chief Minister visited Raj Bhavan and wished Governor ESL Narasimhan on the occasion, a state government release said.
