Duville Estates, HDFC launch subvention scheme for customers

Realty player Duville Estates today said it has, in association with HDFC Ltd, launched a subvention scheme for its customers for a project in Pune.

Under the scheme for the project 'Riverdale Heights', customers will have to make an initial down payment of Rs 51,000 in addition to statutory payments such as service tax, VAT and stamp duty, the company said in a statement.

The first phase of the project will have five high rise towers comprising 1 and 2 BHK apartments starting at Rs 47 lakh and Rs 68 lakh, respectively.

GMR partners InstaVeritas for background verification

InstaVeritas, a technology-driven background verification firm, today said it has signed an agreement with GMR Group to conduct standard checks of documents validation, address, employment history, educational qualifications and criminal records.

Fraud in terms of identity, professional credentials and criminal records are often overlooked and eventually leads to a heavy operational loss for companies," InstaVeritas Founder Nikhil Mulchandani said in a statement.
