Sleuths of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption today questioned some faculty members at the Bharathiar University days after its Vice-Chancellor A Ganapathy was arrested on bribery charges.
Three DVAC officials questioned some senior faculty members and also the Registrar in-charge as part of investigations into the case, university sources said.
The inquiry lasted about 30 minutes.

Ganapathy was arrested on February 3 for allegedly accepting Rs 30 lakh as bribe from an aspirant for the post of an assistant professor.
