"Deputy SP Vijay Kumar Sharma, who made the allegations was transferred to Aligarh from Etah on July 19 on charges of not complying with orders of seniors," IG law and order BP Singh said.
Sharma had filed a writ petition in the court against the transfer order he said adding on July 27, the High Court disposed off the writ.
The officer joined in Aligarh after two months 10 days of the transfer order and due to this his salary for three months could not be released as no decision has yet been taken on his absence from duty, Singh said.
The IG said, "Sharma's allegations against senior officers are baseless."
Meanwhile, the UP government suspended Sharma on charges of indiscipline and spreading false reports in media.
"Sharma has been suspended for indiscipline and spreading false reports in media," Principal Secretary Home R M Srivastava said adding, "In the past too, he has been found guilty of indiscipline."

Sharma had alleged that DGP Ambrish Chandra Sharma was involved in corruption and demanded money for transfer and posting.
He also alleged a senior police official of creating pressure on him in connection with a case related to dowry death.
