The sub-group meetings of the CCI and decisions taken for removal of bottlenecks have also been integrated with it.
The system provides assistance in preparation of various graphical reports and tracking of actual investment in case of the resolved projects. The system has been made investor-friendly and would automatically eliminate duplicate as well as inconsistent records, Swarup said.
Any private entrepreneur or any department or ministry willing to start a project or resolve bottlenecks of any project, can register through http//cabsec.Gov.In or http//cadsec.Nic.In, he said.
Launching the system Mohapatra said "The system will raise and revive investor confidence. Investors can raise their issues through this platform and get immediate response on resolution of their problems."
The progress of around 41 railway, National Highway, coal, power and steel projects were reviewed in the meeting and necessary decisions were taken for quick resolution of the issues.
The matters of land acquisition have been taken forward very satisfactorily, Swarup said adding the implementing agency of Angul-Sukinda railway project mentioned that 75 per cent of the land handed over to the company had been acquired within a very short period.
Swarup asked the departments concerned to make use of the e- PMS and post their issues regularly with all updates.
He also said a team of experts would soon visit the state to familiarise the user departments with the new online management system.
