East Bengal trounce Aryan 7-1 in local league

East Bengal toyed with the Aryan Club with a thumping 7-1 win in Kalyani today to remain in line for hat-trick of CFL Premier Division title. Latest Australian recruit Andrew Borisic fired in a hat-trick (7th, 36th, 67th), Lalrindika Ralte (20th, 50th) struck a double while Baljit Sahni and Penn Orji completed the rout and also avenged their first leg loss. This was East Bengal's highest margin victory this season as they consolidated themselves in the pole position with 15 points from five matches in the Super Nine stage. Ramkumar Mallick reduced the margin in the 43rd minute. In another match of the local league, United SC rode on a Kayne Vincent;s 87th minute strike to hold Mohammadan Sporting 1-1.
