The Deputy Chief Election Commissioner Vinod Zutshi said that his team has been visiting different parts of the state and its main objective was to hold assembly elections in a fair and transparent manner.
He, however, refused to comment on the schedule of the election saying "it's too early to talk about the dates of the election as the Commission is busy analysing the election preparation".
"We had visited Surat and Vadodara recently and now we would visit Ahmedabad soon," he said.
