Groundnut oil prices declined further at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here on subdued demand from stockists and retailers on the back of ample arrivals from producing regions.

Refined palmolein also dropped further following lack of retail buying support.

While, linseeds oil ruled steady following absence of any worthwhile buying activity.

In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial slipped owing to reduced demand from shippers and soap industries.

In the edible section, groundnut oil fell by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 950 from Friday's closing level of Rs 955 and Refined palmolein moved down by Rs 3 per 10kg to Rs 508 as against to Rs 511 previous.
