"Monthly magazine 'Vartamaan Kranti' published an article which hurt the religious sentiments of the people after which a case was lodged against its chief editor Sunil alias Gangadhar and in-charge editor Shailesh Saras this evening," said Ashok Kumar Shukla, Superintendent of Police.
He said that Shailesh, who is a physiotherapist, has been arrested and 100 copies of the magazine were seized from his clinic.
The SP said that the chief editor was absconding with his family and raids were being conducted to arrest him.
