AIADMK women's wing members
today burnt an effigy of TNCC President E V K S Elangovan for criticising the meeting of the Prime Minister and the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister recently allegedly using indecent remarks.
More than 30 members of the women's wing gathered at the anna bus stand and burnt the effigy of Elangovan and raised slogans against the congress leader.
Police doused the burning effigy.
In Chidambaam also the AIADMK members burnt the effigy of Elangovan.
